2. Products & Pricing All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason, including suspected fraud.

4. Shipping We will make every effort to ship orders in a timely manner. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, Seam To Be Less is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Tracking information will be provided when available.

5. Refund & Return Policy Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at seamtobeless@gmail.com with photo evidence. We will review each case individually and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Seam To Be Less.
