All sales are final. Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once an order has been placed.

We strongly encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and photos before completing their purchase.

Exceptions: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at seamtobeless@gmail.com We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
